      This is an excellent learning opportunity for anyone new to website building or enterprise services. Management cares about employees and our benefits are good. (Especially pto)

      The pay is low and has been stagnant for years. Advancement options are very limited.

      The representatives were very nice and friendly and loved to help. Felt like an extended family.

      Cons

      The training was not what was needed. It needed to be more focused on the issues that the clients were calling in about, not designs. Too much paperwork
