Job security is minimal and employee always fears of their job because of frequent layoffs.
Infra is bad, Less space for cafeteria, parking and cubical. Employees use cubical on sharing basis. No meeting rooms available for teams.
Tech stack is old and no new innovation.
Hiring processes is in-consistent and going below standard because of this.
Management and leadership doesn't take frequent feedbacks and even if they get, things doesn't improve. Those who give poor feedback, they get laid off.
