      Pros

      - salary is as per bangalore standard - provide good number of perks like fitness reimbursement, food etc - mid size company so you get to know what's going all around

      Cons

      - work pressure is not visible but it's there. - not able to feel team spirit most of the times. - you have to give extra hours after usual working hours

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
