      Pros

      Knowledgeable team members, okayish learning curve, Hybrid work. Used to be very good employer lately the policies are going downtrend

      Cons

      Too much micro management(currently in a state managers are tracking daily work via excel sheets even though we have all tools at disposal). Middle managers are helpless, they have to nod to center head. Unreasonable deadlines and unwanted pressure. All work no life.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
