      Pros

      No Pros, its the worst company.. They lay off people anytime. They even laid off people during Covid time.

      Cons

      This is a worst company in terms of stability. The earlier company name was MobileIron. MobileIron was also notorious in laying off people randomly and Ivanti the acquirer company is even worse. So, if you do not want to get laid off suddenly, avoid this company at all costs. Better to be jobless for sometime and find a stable company than join Ivanti/MobileIron and get laid off suddenly.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
