      Pros

      Great co-workers. People were friendly and always willing to help. Best part about the company by far was those I worked with. Good product that is very needed in today's computer environment.

      Cons

      Investors squeeze every penny they can out of the company. Most departments are understaffed as a result. Could go from good to great company if they were given the resources to grow and expand.

We are sorry that resources are not meeting your expectations. This is important feedback that we take seriously and we will make an effort to address this accordingly. In regards to staffing, we have grown headcount from around 600 to over 850 in the last few years and do our best to put headcount in the proper areas.       Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
