      Pros

      Some staff helpful and worked very hard to help with you and sometimes a fun place to work. So on some ways sad to leave, as the company is growing.

      Cons

      Bloated managment structure meant lots of politics and in fighting. Hard environment to get anything done. As not enough staff and too much work. Bully mentality by staff meant they would put you down when they felt like it and if you struggled with something there was no help. Staff are happy to watch you fail rather than help you. All went "not noticed" by HR dept which and when questioned completely ignored.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
