I got hired in August 2022 and literally had to train myself for this role. For the first two months I was on an island and had to teach myself everything I needed to know about the product and how to structure my activities and days so I could meet quota, which I did for my first several months, significantly exceeding it that too and passing my ramp with flying colors. Come February, I get a brand new assignment with a completely different product and brand new account executives I schedule meetings for. Also, the quota system changed from monthly to quarterly. In additional to this, during the month of February, my first month in this new assignment, all the new account executives I schedule meetings for are out for a week and a half for presidents club. Because of this, I could not schedule as many meetings as I usually do and fell just a tad bit short of my monthly to quarterly quota. The first week of March, my boss terminated me for performance, despite the circumstances that were completely out of my control and the quarter not even being over. What a low blow move on his part and Ivanti's part. You literally set me up for failure.
