      Pros

      Decent leadership, great work/life balance, the CEO is pretty awesome, and I love working remote.

      Cons

      Since they acquired a million companies so quickly, everything is a mess internally. They also keep laying off people (no reason why) and it causes issues internally when resources are needed.

      Ivanti has made significant number of acquisitions. Sometimes that causes some significant changes. The good news is that we have always worked through these – and that is our plan now.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
