      Pros

      Great solution set after several acquisitions. Focused leadership. Helpful and energetic coworkers. Good pay and benefits. Flexible work/life. Remote workforce. Very concerned about employee satisfaction and retention.

      Cons

      Marketing and MDF funding is lacking. Limited focus and development on Channel activities and field adoption. Past leadership and account managers left an unfavorable company reputation w/customers and partners that now must be shored up.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
