      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities for career growth. I have learned more in my two years at Ivanti than the last 10 years in my career. Solid culture of respect while at the same time people work together to ensure high priority projects are completed. Leadership has been solid and pay has been completely fair and motivating.

      Cons

      Company acquired three companies within a four month period which was great strategically but somewhat challenging. The acquisition front has slowed to catch up which has been needed.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
