      Pros

      - on bleed edge of technologies; - all of offices where I was working are full of smart and friendly engineers; - low level (up to offices director) management is really taking care about work life balance and proactively taking measures to avoid burning out; - architecture team is very open for propositions from engineers

      Cons

      - uncertainty about future (staff shortening, offices closure); - a lot of acquisitions which is causing throwing away projects/ideas; - many experienced people left and is keep leaving company without proper knowledge transfer.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
