      Pros

      -Software and Solutions are poised to support the WFH initiatives we are faced within today's world. -Strong sales engineering teams with low attrition -Can sell to the small to mid-market aggressively and be competitive -IT and CTO have really brought consistency and standardization to the internal business

      Cons

      -Culture is non-existent and an aggressive M&A plan in place leads to major issues with all the teams. -High Attrition in sales - Complete replacement in Senior and Mid-tier leadership positions throughout the entire organization. -Lack of senior leadership, especially in the Americas knowing how the business and solutions work. -Selling and developing SaaS solutions that do not scale and are being marketing in their GTM that they can. -Leadership has a very ivory tower approach to those below them -Pubsec is not supported properly

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
