      Pros

      LANDesk is very family oriented. They understand that family comes first, and if you don't feel that going in they help you understand it. They know when they put a great strain on you with asking for huge demands from time to time and they compensate you generously for it. Their dedication and focus on quality products and service sets them apart from other software companies in their arena.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of travel involved. They don't this going in, but it can be a lot.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
