My company Heat Software was acquired by ivanti, then ivanti layoff more than half employee and will close silican valley office. Because it's too expensive for Utah company.
ivanti layoff 50%+ or shutdown the companies it acquired.

Thank you for sharing your feedback – we truly value the perspective of our current and former team members. As with any acquisition, tough decisions must be made to improve efficiency, productivity and bring work groups together in more centralized locations. Cost always plays into these decisions, but putting work teams together in the same locations makes our teams more effective. Making these types of decisions are the worst part of running any company and we are saddened when we have to let any of our hard working talented employees go. We do our best to provide as much advanced notice as we can, a package to help bridge the gap, and help with the job search to make it as easy as we can. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! If you have additional information to share please email us directly at hr@ivanti.com.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for being part of Ivanti over the past few years. We're glad you value the great team, benefits, growth opportunities, and flexible work-life balance. We understand that leadership changes can create some uncertainty, and we appreciate your patience as new leaders get acclimated and define our future direction. Your input is important as we continue to build an even stronger Ivanti together.
Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code.
Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
