Pros
Quality people, excellent knowledge workers all around that are so willing to help and offer support, high level of trust, hard working culture--yet incredibly fun and relaxed too, autonomous feel, can work at home or in the office with my position, flexible schedule, generous perks, feel cared about and listened to. No question, this is the best place I have ever worked.
Cons
Some basic administrative processes in finance haven't been refined and need to be automated with the right tools. I suspect that this is due to how many merges have happened--lots of companies coming into one make it tricky, but I know that new solutions are already been worked on. So it is a con that will probably be a pro within a year.
