      Pros

      Ivanti is a remote-first company, offering flexible work arrangements and unlimited time off for its employees. Marketing leadership is well-connected to its staff and does a decent job of staying connected to the ins and outs of marketers working at the ground level. Predominantly a female leadership team, which is quite uncommon in the IT industry, and a great space for mentorship for that reason. Great cross-collaboration and innovative/energized employees!

      Cons

      Not a lot of in-person opportunities, and the workforce is spread quite broadly globally. Due to the remote workforce, it's challenging for leadership to identify employees who are not pulling their weight. Layoffs happen 1-3x a year, depending on the organization/team.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
