      Pros

      Work from home. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      You are a row in a spreadsheet. Your performance is analyzed in detail: How many PRs you raise, how many lines of code you write, etc. If you work hard and score well, you might not be made redundant. You can be replaced by somebody with no experience on the product and little relevant technical knowledge (these must not be in the spreadsheet). For a number of years there has been no money for pay rises. This year there was actually a raise, but it was below inflation. Please don't give an Ivanti Response. Until I see a change, I don't believe that the feedback given here is being taken seriously.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
