The culture within the product security team is toxic politics, and a lack of accountability at the leadership level. Promises about promotions, learning opportunities, and role clarity are routinely made and broken. Feedback is either ignored or used against you, creating an environment where people feel silenced and undervalued.
There is a clear pattern of favoritism, particularly toward employees based in the EU. Team members in India are routinely sidelined, excluded from meaningful work, and denied the same opportunities for visibility and advancement. This creates a deeply unfair and demoralizing environment, where contributions are overlooked unless you're part of the favored group.
