I have nothing good to say about this company other than they paid me on "time" and even though we had signed a contract and they didn't want to pay for the termination, they ended up paying me a portion.

One of the leaders or owners I worked with didn't know much technically and about timelines; the client rushed him, and they rushed me until they ended up terminating me for not "meeting" the client's impossible requirements. They also told me that I had "junior" attitudes regarding programming, which was completely disrespectful. Moreover, they didn't want to comply with the agreed termination terms, even threatening me by saying "think about your situation" when ending the contract. It was the worst.

Very empathic HHRR, anything could be talked about.

Low salaries on the average.
