Org is rapidly building a strong, cohesive team and attracting top talent. If you are motivated, like taking ownership and like to work in a flexible environment, then this is the place to be. Team is diverse, energetic and folks really go the extra mile to help each other. I interact with the executives regularly and I know they are approachable, down to earth, capable, and have clear goals for the org. These are very relatable folks who have no problem sharing what they struggle with, what they enjoy. They will share jokes with you, meals with you and engage in all sorts of conversations. Including silly ones. Like friends. Really, it is quite amazing! This is how a start up exec team should be.
Cons
Company has gone through some changes recently which was difficult on quite a few. However, I believe this will make the company better and stronger in the near future. The quality of the team and the leadership will shine through.
