Pros

Appreciate the efforts for rebuilding Ukraine. Kudos to the CEO and other people involved in it.

Cons

The company is not aligned with DEI. Toxic workplace. Complaints against racism and exclusion are taken very lightly by the management. They believe racism exists everywhere and the POC should learn to deal with it. To get promoted, appreciated or recognized, you either have to be European, white, bootlicker or submissive. Just possessing strong positive work ethics, hardwork, loyalty and positive client feedback do not suffice. You have to put in extra efforts to flatter the management. Some “so called” senior-most employees get jealous and insecure when POC receive better client feedback than them. They will leave no stone unturned to make you feel small. Some in the management lack basic human values. All in all, worst experience working here.

Pros

The CEO is visionary and down-to-earth. This is the only best thing about the company.

Cons

Late project deliveries due to skills mismatch in a few projects. Middle-management is very biased, supports and promotes only those who are good at bootlicking. Client’s feedback is not respected by the management. They do not promote and retain good employees despite receiving positive feedback from the client, whereas some bootlickers get promoted to a higher level despite serious client escalations.

Pros

Supportive colleagues and collaborative environment. Opportunities to learn new cloud technologies. Work-life balance is generally respected. Flexible working arrangements help maintain productivity. Good exposure to enterprise-level projects.

Cons

Middle management lacks clear communication and direction. Decision-making processes are often slow and bureaucratic. Projects sometimes move slower than expected due to internal approvals. Limited career growth opportunities in some teams. Could improve transparency and responsiveness.
