      Great work culture, values personal and technical growth, OT pay, everyone works remotely and the remote work system is efficient, occasional company F2F activities, manageable workload, and work-life balance is good

      Cons

      Limited manpower so tasks get passed around often. Pay is so-so and is more decent than most starting salaries but isn't enough compensation considering the amount of work

      - Seniors will try to support you as much as they can. Learned a lot, especially from my mentor who provided a safe space to grow & learn

      - Allowance could improve. Could have clearer discussions about it at the beginning as well
