Pros
Only pro is you get to work remotely and by yourself if you prefer that
Cons
-poor management -can be a good job if you're already fully trained and qualified. I came into the role from a different sector and was given the job with the understanding of further training but did not receive any. In the end had to quit, total waste of time. - was only told I'd work 1 Saturday in 3, turned out to be 1 saturday and sunday in 3. - extremely poor management run by an office of inexperienced school leavers who don't have a clue. - did not always pay full wages while I was there and was owed £350 ( for 1 x weekends work )in my last payslip but only recieved 70 odd quid.
