Not having a traditional campus life

Very nice places to work, good friendship, individual independence at taking decisions, low working load. I suggest this company to people who will not make hard working carrier plan for the future.

Low salary, uneven office hours, low research collaboration capacity. I do not suggest this company who wants to focus on his work, who expect less meeting hours and like to make carrier on research.
