      Young, dynamic, energic teams, promising projects, opportunities for export works, having the newest and best office building in the area, decisive management, supported by a local subcontractors group

      Cons

      Not well organized, frequent change of middle management, flow of ıncoming and outgoing experts and engineers, suffering to implement ERP due to the lack of experience and belief, human resources management is not sufficient.
