Strange hiring process: job interview with hr woman who dosn't know much about the role, and then a "course " of "3weeks" . In it none Personal attention(we wer'e 3 people!!!). Afterwards , in the time of the actual work , no feedback at all! and the progress is very slougish and tiresome and nobody is talkign to you and teaching you other than "just do this"( 90% of the time youre doing the same old stuff from the begining of the course!) and then after three months we wer'e all invited to a meeting to telling us that we arn't good enough and very slow! 🤦♂
