Pros
They take the time to train and explain the technology. It's a really neat industry and there is a lot of experience between the staff. They share their knowledge openly.
They provide meals (lunch 5 days/week, breakfast M-TH). And not just fast food, prepared meals to your liking!
Not so siloed that you can't collaborate with other teams, in fact, it's encouraged.
Benefits package is very generous.
