I was given a handful of opportunities to get promotions, and their clients are very unique and fun.

Very toxic culture and close-minded work environment. The company encompasses majority white, privileged males. Misogynist jokes made at the (very few) female employees expense. Sexualized female in marketing and sales role and pointed their good-looks to their potential success. Guilt tripped about taking time off, and was laid-off after returning from vacation.
