No SOP, but met with resistance on new ideas if their “way” is unsuccessful. Very high turnover. Technical and product issues are ultimately solved through 3rd party. Duties as “randomly” assigned. Significant disconnect between the team and management. Criticism of any kind will be met with resistance. Multiple documentation practices are outdated. Poor training and resources. PTO approvals are met with resistance, even if you request in the required amount of time. Management is incapable of reading the room.
