Nice team - Business Development Manager Isograd Employee Review

Mostly remote with some travel, international company. Other managers will be completing the same tasks. Paid on time.

The majority of feedback (internal And external) is written off or ignored. Selling a product with little to no market share with very few benefits or success stories. No SOP, but met with resistance on new ideas if their “way” is unsuccessful. Very high turnover. Technical and product issues are ultimately solved through 3rd party. Duties as “randomly” assigned. Significant disconnect between the team and management. Criticism of any kind will be met with resistance. Multiple documentation practices are outdated. Poor training and resources. PTO approvals are met with resistance, even if you request in the required amount of time. Management is incapable of reading the room.

A very inovative product supported by a dynamic team, Working at Isograd has been a great experience in my career, i had the opportunity to develop projects and aquire new skills.
