Pros

They pay a salary and give you the bare minimum benefits.

Cons

In March 2025, nearly 40% of the company was laid off in a major Reduction in Force (RIF). This event wasn’t handled with care or transparency. It was sudden, poorly communicated, and exposed how disconnected leadership is from both employees and reality. It was clear then (and still is) that leadership has no meaningful plan for growth or sustainability. The company’s leadership team is fragmented and self-interested. There’s no collaboration, no unified direction, and certainly no regard for employee well-being. Communication is minimal, and when it does happen, it’s top-down and non-transparent. The product, mainly in ESG and EHS, is severely outdated. It’s not competitive, and there’s little to no product development or innovation happening. Bugs go unresolved for months, and updates are rare. Sales struggles as a result, with deals falling through constantly due to a weak product-market fit. The company is years behind competitors and shows no signs of catching up. On top of that, departments like HR, Marketing, and Development are scattered across multiple time zones and countries, which causes delays, confusion, and a lack of alignment. Internally, the culture is toxic. Most people are either negative, trying to protect themselves, or looking for a way out. Unless you're looking to burn out or planning to leave quickly, I strongly advise against joining. This is not a company with a future, and there’s no real effort being made to change that.
