      Pros

      The residents were great and some of the staff members were helpful.

      Cons

      The management team was absolutely horrible and all about MONEY. They cared more about the money than they cared about the residents. The turnover rate is absolutely high because they cannot hire and train proper staff.

      The residents were amazing individuals and some of the staff were great teammates.

      Cons

      The management team & company are horrible. They are quick to throw a person under the bus to “get ahead”. Always short staff because they can’t keep anyone.

      Not assisted living . Crappy management They don’t tell you if you’re working alone 1 to 20 ratio be ready 18 is what I made 4 on 2 off sched
