High Turnover - Director of Resident Programs Isle at Cedar Ridge Employee Review

The residents were great and some of the staff members were helpful.

The management team was absolutely horrible and all about MONEY. They cared more about the money than they cared about the residents. The turnover rate is absolutely high because they cannot hire and train proper staff.

Residents are nice Big facitity
