Getting to work on large, impactful projects on a wide range of topics and with many different types of clients from around the world. I appreciate the respect and genuine decency shown by everyone on the team. Regular check-ins mean my professional needs are still being met, even though the work is completely remote. I feel supported and encouraged, even on topics well outside my area of expertise!
