      Good salary, decent benefits package

      The business is fragmented and disjointed. This is partially from the amalgamation of three business entities with very different backgrounds. Trying to standardise approach is difficult and some business factions seem very set in their ways and don't want to adopt or change.

      Pros

      I joined the most recent academy opportunity in January 2026 after a career pivot. I was blown away when joining the academy of how good the training/trainers were and I am feeling confident moving into my business as usual team.
