A company that focuses on technology and function equally. Very technical sound people, evident from the interview process. Great environment to work in. Small company without the negatives of a small company. Management is very approchable, never felt a hitch when communicating with my seniors on difficult issues. You have the option of working in consulting or client projects built in-house (outsourced). Understanding of your personal problems and helpful in overcoming them. Good sales/marketing team.

Compensation and Benefits on the lower side compared to industry standards. Growth prospect was minimal for me or maybe not in line with my interests.
