Pros

Was offering remote shift work

Cons

I didn't actually take the job because the company wouldn't give me a contract that clearly outlined what I would be paid - just included a line that said 'shift loading may apply' despite the fact that they had told me verbally that there was shift loading (it was evening work). Recruitment was handled from the Philippines, though I was interviewed by Australian managers. The contract also contained a clause that seemd to indicate that whatever was specified as the pay rate included all payments and nothing extra would be paid. It.was confusing and despite my reiqests they wouldn't include a clear hourly rate including shift loading in the employment contract. It was bizarre, I've never come across this before.

Pros

There are no pros and if I could give a 0 rating I would. That is all I have to say about that.

Cons

Breaks every rule learned by business over the last 50 years, very poor working conditions with even worst pay. The management goes out of their way to pay the least as possible in wages, research development and IT. Every time we call them out they state they are on the ASX and can't spend any money. Recent employee engagement survey scored well below acceptable levels.
