Pros

-Great place to work for the two years I was there. -The CEO and his wife are great people with a sincere vision of helping people improve their lives. The people in general in all departments are great to work with. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to work, and they foster a great culture and sell great (if overpriced) products. If you're looking to get a couple of years of experience at a stable, positive company with good benefits, this is an excellent place to work, but you will likely have to move on to opportunities elsewhere if you want to move up in your career.

Cons

Unfortunately, because the company grew so quickly, it was struggling with outdated processes and systems, making it difficult to move projects forward. In my opinion, CEOs are too involved in small decisions which would best be left to the managers and their departments. This is also likely due to the company's exponential growth over its 15 year life. Because the company is trying to break its revenue goals, it stacked all departments with middle-managers and VPs from outside. The products and business model have a bit of a learning curve, so even if they were qualified for their titles, it was frustrating for younger employees who had been around for 3-4 years to feel like there was no more upward mobility there.

Pros

Isagenix has been my professional home for nearly a decade, and it stands out from the six other companies I worked for before. I’ve never experienced the same level of commitment to employee well-being, and during challenging times I’ve always felt genuinely supported. What sets Isagenix apart is its strong focus on work-life balance, which goes beyond standard policies. Generous PTO, remote Mondays and Fridays, a birthday day off, and early holiday releases are a few examples, but the greater impact is how employees are genuinely valued as people, not just workers. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and inspiring, and the people I’ve worked with are relationships I know will last a lifetime.

Cons

As with any established company, there are periods of transition and change. I see this less as a setback and more as a natural part of the company’s evolution. While those moments can be difficult, I’ve seen leadership make consistent progress in improving transparency and communication, which makes navigating change much easier.
