It's such a toxic workplace. Employees bully others, stabbing other's back, and even spread false rumors. Management encourages these behaviors, and fair judgment is nonexistent. There's no acknowledgment or appreciation for the work I've done. For three months, I worked for 12 hours every day and on Saturday too. No appreciation at all. On top of that, they set unreasonable goals and blame the employees when things go wrong.
