      A place to start a career but not a place to make your career.

      Cons

      Napatism, Micro Management, Out Dated ERP systems from Takata, Poor Management Team. Just a bunch of Red Necks yelling at each other in staff meetings. High turnover with all employee departments.

      Benefits, family atmosphere. The company actually cares about their employees. Progressive in work life balance. Great co-workers!
