Pros

Health/Life Insurance & Dental/Vision 401(k) & they match it! PTO & Unlimited vacation policy after a certain amount of employment Education Fund- they want you to choose conferences, classes or ANYTHING cool that will help expand your creative or technical palette. Pretty Awesome! Thinking Thursday to put an away message up and take some personal time to explore the latest trends in the digital world! Monthly Accolades- shout outs and awards to fellow teammates on successful projects or tasks. (Nice to be recognized for the hard work- not all companies do that). Awesome office setup: Shuffleboard tables, treadmill desk, arcade game, happy hours, lunch outings, collaborative environment etc. Remote employment: Structured and setup to keep communication open even if you are not in the office every day. Yearly company meetings- meet up with everyone to have a year of review, goals for the coming year and celebrate what an awesome team we have. Transparency is such a breath of fresh air to have with your bosses.

Cons

Any company will have growing pains but luckily it is an environment where the bosses ALWAYS make themselves available to their employees. Weekly check ins on projects and team member meet ups allow for open communication.

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule - Allows for better work-life balance and the freedom to manage your own time effectively. Supportive Remote Culture – Strong communication, team collaboration tools, and regular check-ins help you feel connected despite the distance! Trust and Autonomy - Management trusts employees to get their work done without micromanaging, which boosts morale and productivity. Work-from-Anywhere Perks - Ability to work from different locations, which is great for travel or personal lifestyle choices.

Cons

Onboarding & Training - Initial onboarding and training lacks hands-on support or real-time guidance that you'd get in an office setting. Discontinued In-Person Company-Wide Gatherings – The decision to stop hosting the annual all-company in-person meetings was disappointing. These events offered a valuable opportunity to connect face-to-face with colleagues across different departments, strengthen relationships, and foster a deeper sense of connection to Ironistic’s mission and culture.

Pros

good health and life insurance policy

Cons

This is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. The turnover is high for a reason. They burn through hardworking people by overloading them, underpaying them, and treating them like they’re disposable, all while pretending to be a “family.” They love to say they care about employee health, families, and work-life balance, but that’s just a front. In reality, the only thing this company truly values is profit, specifically profit for the CEO, President, and their inner circle of friends who occupy most leadership positions. If you’re not part of that clique, good luck getting fair treatment or career growth. They regularly pressure employees into doing unpaid “volunteer” work for company events, and if you don’t drink or have any dietary or health needs, you’ll be treated like an outsider. They spend massive amounts of money on over-the-top parties, alcohol, and trips. All under the label of “networking”, while claiming they can’t afford to give raises or better benefits. Everything about this place is performative. If you’re okay working in a profit-over-people environment, then maybe you’ll be fine. But if you value professionalism, fairness, or basic respect pass on this one.
