Pros

This was a great first tech environment Fellow techs are very helpful and there is enough skill in the room to solve any issue I will always be thankful that this company helped me get my foot in the door, and previous employees and myself describe Saca as a great stepping stone. I met great people and technicians at this company who I wish the best

Cons

Horrible pay for the amount of stress. Large turnover, especially on the sales side. DON'T WORK HERE AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Sales positions are given to people who know little about tech and even less about the company False incentives are advertised, and management will not get back to you regarding those incentives (sales incentives for techs) Extreme amounts of micro-management This company seems like a revolving door, not really caring about individuals as talent is replaceable Never received a review, so I never received a raise. Kinda shady. You start off super excited to work at this cool company, but day after day you realize your voice isn't heard, your work isn't truly appreciated, you aren't growing as much as you could, and most of your co-workers feel the exact way.
