      Pros

      Really engaged team, with founders present in the company. It's a very happy place to work. Bonuses: Iron Software provides training opportunities, free breakfast and lunch.

      Cons

      Like many startups it's busy, so only suited to those who like multitasking, working with pace and taking ownership.
