Not consistent contracts with clients

Some good people at the bottom of the todem pole great. Some managers were good but they got laid off.

Poor management and leadership, rarely handled sexual harassment cases with care or seriousness, broken promises about bonuses, overworked staff, uncompetitive pay, and they were never transparent about why they made certain decisions. The client management was messy too.
