Good employees to work with in support roles- good work/life balance

Not managed properly- poor salary/commission structure for employees

There are absolutely NO pros to working for this company!!!

Owner of the company writes hot payroll checks to employees. He waits until the last minute to give employees their checks and then has the nerve to ask them to wait to deposit them until the following week. On more than one occasion, several employees had their paychecks bounce!!! Company does NOT offer any health insurance or 401K plan either. DO NOT WORK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!
