      Pros

      IriusRisk is an amazing company to work for. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. Tom is the VP of the North American team and he’s amazing. He cares for his team and will do whatever he can to help you succeed. Although this is a remote role, everyone is very involved and collaborative with one another at all times!

      Remote work is harder for communication & easier for silos
