There is a serious problem with the sales leadership. Some of the reviews here have already gone into this detail so read some of those. No room for growth. There have been very few promotions from within the company. Countless teams lack a team lead/manager and there are existing individuals that could fill those roles to help ensure consistency and alignment. There is no real onboarding plan to ensure all hires are on the same page or have the skills necessary to succeed.
