The oner was micromanaging the teams and his attitude was not the best

Work from home , it's a total remote job with flexibility in working hours and place

salaries are below average, management is very bad they don't have the skills or the knowledge that can make them lead a company , we were promised with a salary raise twice and never got it the company was failing till the owner has no money to pay us our last month salaries he always refused advices from us
