Staff friendly and helpful

Old fashioned management style if you could call it that. Executive have No people skills, staff not valued, no performance reviews, no training or development, no feedback, worked to the bone with no financial compensation, zero communication, a cloak and dagger organisation. Need your head examined to take a position here.

None, the Company was poorly run with no vision. New projects were never fully evaluated and if they did get up and running, were never properly finished. Everything was deemed an "opportunity" - unfortunately these "opportunities" never materialised into a recurring revenue.

Nepotism was alive and well at the ICS - was like something from the Vatican in the days of the Reformation. One member of the former Holy Trinity remains in a role of some sort - again, no backbone to remove this individual fully and start with a blank canvass.
